Refund policy

We hope you’re delighted with your purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, here’s everything you need to know about returns and refunds.

You have the right to return your order within 14 days after receiving your item, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU and Dutch consumer law.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

• It must be returned in its original packaging.

• Digital downloads and made-to-order items are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please send us an email at seestudionl@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will send you the return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
